We will gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase for most items sold with the following exceptions.
- Items sold as salvage and or not working may not be returned. No refund or returns allowed on such items
- Items older than 30 days after the date of purchase may not be returned.
We will issue a refund or credit for for all approved returned item.
All returns must be approved and have an RMA. (An RMA is your approval for return). Please email us for the RMA.
We will not accept returns without an RMA.
Refunds / Credit
In general, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and buyer must return the purchased item at their expense. Except for the following cases:
A. Wrong item shipped
We will refund shipping and handling charges for wrong item shipped plus send a return label to have the item shipped back to us. (international shipping excluded).
B. Item damaged or defective
We will also refund the shipping and handling charges you paid for us to ship to you (original shipping and handling charges) if the correct part purchased (verified by part number) was deemed to be not working or received damaged.
We do not charge restocking fees.
Returned items are inspected prior to any refund or credit issued. Examination are made of the security label and serial number if applicable.
Please check to ensure you are returning the correct item. Most boards have a security sticker attached. Check both sides of the board for the presence of the sticker before packing it for return.
No refund for incorrect returned item.
